Thank you for purchasing Omian instruments and meters. In order to provide timely and effective after-sales service to customers, Omian instruments and meters provide you with after-sales service guidelines to quickly and effectively complete customer after-sales service. This process is effective for Omian instruments and meters sold domestically.

1、 Omian Instruments Co., Ltd. provides an 18 month extended warranty, lifetime maintenance, and calibration for all products. Only component cost fees will be charged outside the warranty period. The services are as follows:

1. During the warranty period, please present your product warranty card and proof of purchase date if you need service.

(1) During this period, it has been confirmed by our company's after-sales service personnel that the product malfunction is a product quality issue. Omian Instruments provides free repair or replacement parts services. All replaced parts will belong to our company.

2. Out of warranty service: The following 4 points of Omian instruments and meters are provided with paid repairs and free calibration.

(1) The product has been repaired or modified by non company technical personnel or service stations not recognized by our company.

(2) The product has been damaged due to mishandling, negligent use, or natural disasters or accidents.

(3) Not following the instructions in the original factory manual for installation, operation, or maintenance.

(4) The 18 month warranty period has passed.

2、 Repair product transportation and delivery issues:

1. The principle of bearing the shipping cost of warranty products:

(1) User → Company's after-sales service department, to be borne by the user.

(2) The after-sales service department of the company → users. If the quality of the company's products is caused during the warranty period, the customer service department of the company shall bear the responsibility. If it is not during the warranty period or due to improper use by the user, the customer shall bear the responsibility.

2. Instructions for sending and receiving repaired products for users:

(1) When shipping, users must attach a list of repair products for the company's after-sales service department's statistics. Please reserve the return contact information and address when shipping.

(2) When users receive returned repair products, they should promptly count the quantity and model. If the model and quantity are incorrect, they should contact the company's after-sales service department on the same day and respond. Otherwise, the after-sales service department will consider the received repair product quantity and model to be consistent with the packing list.

3. The principles for receiving and sending repaired products from the company's after-sales service department:

(1) After receiving the goods, the company's after-sales service department will promptly count the quantity and model of the repair. If the model and quantity are incorrect, they will contact the customer on the same day and respond.

(2) The after-sales service department of the company will provide a unified packing list of Omian instruments and meters when shipping.
